Returns Policy
You may return products purchased from spaghettilab.gr, provided that the return conditions are met. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The best and most economical way to avoid additional charges is to visit our store at 12 Strat. Dagli Street, 54621, Thessaloniki, Greece.
- You may also return the products you wish to return exclusively via ELTA Courier, selecting "recipient pays" as the shipping option. Returns made through this courier method are subject to a €3.50 collection and handling fee.
- Alternatively, you may send the products you wish to return to us at your own expense.
- Once we receive the products and confirm that they are in good condition, we will refund the value of the returned items within 5 days to the card used for the payment or, if the order was paid by cash on delivery, to the bank account you provide to us.
Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- They must show no signs of use.
- You must include and send us the purchase receipt or invoice.
- The original product packaging must remain unopened (excluding the protective packaging used for transportation).
- The products must remain in their original condition and must be returned in appropriate, carefully protected packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during the return shipment.
